Job Description:
1. Oracle Functional Testing – automated functional and regression testing of web applications Knowledge of Oracle Functional Testing Suite for Oracle Applications – functional and regression testing of Oracle packaged applications
2. Knowledge of Oracle Load Testing – performance and load testing of web applications Knowledge of Oracle Load Testing Suite for Oracle Applications – performance and load testing of Oracle packaged applications
3. Knowledge of Oracle Test Manager – test process management, including test requirements management, test management, test execution and defect tracking.
4. Knowledge of Oracle Functional Testing for Web Applications for automated functional and regression testing
5. Knowledge of Job Scheduler for scheduling functional and regression testing
6. Knowledge of Oracle Load Testing for Web Applications for load and stress testing.
7. Good communication skills and willing to work in shifts.Should have good leadership skills to lead team and also good customer facing skills.
Requirements :
1. As a member of the Support organization, your focus is to deliver post-sales support and solutions to the Oracle customer base while serving as an advocate for customer needs.
2. This involves resolving post-sales non-technical customer inquiries via phone and electronic means, as well as, technical questions regarding the use of and troubleshooting for our Electronic Support Services.
3. A primary point of contact for customers, you are responsible for facilitating customer relationships with Support and providing advice and assistance to internal Oracle employees on diverse customer situations and escalated issues.
