| Assistant Engineer | Degree in Mechanical Engineering. Two years experience in repair & maintenance of plant and Machinery in Chemical plants. |
| Junior Assistant | Graduate with two years office experience |
| First Aid Dispenser | Matriculate with First Aid certificate from a recognized institution approved by the Govt. preferably with experience in compounding |
| Fitter Grade III | ITI trade certificate from the recognized institution in the Fitter trade with 3 (Three) Years experience in the trade. |
Age Limitation:
- Age limitation of the job hunters should be 40 years.
- Upper Age limit for persons with disabilities shall be relaxable by 10 years
- 15 Yrs. For SCs/ STs & 13 Yrs. for OBC candidates
Selection Procedure:
Candidates will be selected on the basis of their performance in interview or the application received.

Educational Qualification:
- Applying aspirants should possess Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration. Three Years experience in Industrial/ Personnel Relations Department in any establishment out of which Two years should have been in a responsible capacity
OR
- Graduate with Diploma in Personnel Administration & Industrial Relations or Social Work/Science from a recognized Institution. Five Years experience in Industrial relations Department in any establishment out of which Two years should have been in a responsible capacity in a factory dealing with personnel administration and industrial relations.
Age Limitation:
Age limitation of the job hunters should be 40 years. Relaxation will be given to those aspirants as per the government norms.
Application fee:
Application fee of Rs.500/- should be remitted by way of DD drawn on any scheduled bank in favour of Hindustan Insecticides Limited, payable at Ernakulam. However, SC/ST candidates are exempted from the application fee.
