Age Limit:- The age of the candidates applying for the position of Junior Assistant (Fire Service) should not less than 18 years and should not more than 30 years as on 31st July 2015.
Qualification:- Candidates applying for the position of Junior Assistant (Fire Service) should have 10thclass pass plus 3 year approved regular Diploma in Mechanical / Automobile / Fire with minimum 50% marks OR +2 class pass (Regular study) with 50% marks.
Selection Procedure:- Selection of the candidates applying for the position of Junior Assistant (Fire Service) will be on the basis of written Exam / Physical measurement / driving test / endurance test and Personal Interview
Age Relaxation:- The upper age limit is relaxable for the following specified categories to the extent indicated below.
i) By 5 years for candidates belonging to SC/ST communities.
ii) By 3 years for candidates belonging to OBC communities.
iii) By 3 years for candidates belonging to EXSM communities.
i) By 5 years for candidates belonging to SC/ST communities.
ii) By 3 years for candidates belonging to OBC communities.
iii) By 3 years for candidates belonging to EXSM communities.
Desirable:- Candidates applying for the position of Junior Assistant (Fire Service) having desirable:-
- Computer science as subject at +2 class level.
- NCC “B” certificate.
- Relevant experience in an aviation / regular / industrial fire service.
Application Fee:- Candidates applying for the position of Junior Assistant (Fire Service) are required to pay application fee Rs 100/- through Demand Draft drawn in favor of Airport Authority of India payable at Mumbai. SC / ST candidates are exempted from payment of fee.
