Post: 10+2 Technical Entry Scheme

After selection: Chance to study Tele Communication, Electronics and Mechanical Engineering free of cost. After that you can start your career with Lieutenant Grade.
Notification: released in the months of April and September
Age Limit: 16 ½ to 19 years 
Educational Qualifications: 70% with mathematics and Physics

Exam: 10+2 Cadet (B.Tech.) Entry Scheme

Qualifications: 10+ 2 with Maths, Physics and Chemistry with not less than 75% marks. 50% marks in English subject
Age Limit: 17 to 19 ½ years
Selection Process: Interview conducted by Service Selection Board.
Training: candidates qualified can pursue four years B.Tech course in Indian naval academy Ezhimala in kerala. Based on the vacancies and interest one can choose engineering branches like electronics and communication/ mechanical/ naval architect/ marine engineering for the training. The B.Tech degree is awarded by the Delhi Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNTU).
